Refund and Returns Policy
Money-Back Guarantee
At Horneren, we offer a full money-back guarantee on all purchases made through our website. If you’re not satisfied with the product you’ve received due to a defect or quality issue (please note: change of mind is not covered), you can request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. For size-related issues, we offer size exchanges only (this can be done once, so please refer to our size chart before purchasing). Refunds are not applicable for size exchanges.
After 30 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend trying your product within the first two weeks to ensure it fits your needs.

Online Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be of equal value to the original purchase. The returned item must be sent back at your expense, along with the original receipt and any tags. If the item is unavailable, we will process a refund.
Return Shipping: Return postage will be at your cost. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds: To request a refund, simply contact us via the email provided. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note, cash refunds are not available.
Canceling Your Order: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible, but if the order is not delivered within 20 days, a full refund will be issued without questions.
Completing Your Returns Request
If you have purchased as a guest or received your item as a gift, please include your original invoice when returning your product. Ensure all details are correct before sending. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Process
Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Seasonal Overrides
Christmas Orders: To ensure delivery before Christmas, please order at least 17-18 days before Christmas due to high shipping demand during the holiday season. In case of delays, we will do our best to send your order promptly.

Important Notes on Returns
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
